That’s right! Working around this crazy Midwest weather, we are finally at the point where we are able to setup the brand-spankin’ new 21’x41′ Slash SuperPool!
We began on Saturday, March 28, 2015. It’s pretty cold out this morning, but that’s not stopping us! Here are some progress pics:
At 3:05PM on Saturday, March 28, 2015, we started filling the pool. If you notice in the picture(s), there is a single garden hose responsible for filling this pool! Might take a while, but we’ll get there:
At 6:40PM, the water level measured around 3 3/4″:
At 6:30AM Sunday March 29, 2015, the water level measured around 13 1/2″! We let it run all night! This is what it looks like this morning:
Around 4:30PM on Monday, March 30, 2015, the pool is full! Check it out:
Started adding chlorine. Water started turning dark with a hint of orange. It was apparent there was a lot of iron from our sand point well. Added some Metal Out and let the filter run. After a couple of days and many backwashes, here are the results as of April 2, 2015:
As of April 4, 2015, the water is at perfect levels (Chlorine and PH). It’s still a little cold out but it’s starting to warm up. Planning to install the measurement banners installed this weekend:
